November Progress

So I was lazy and skipped October.  The totals below include the October, but my payoff number doesn't.
November Totals

For November, we paid off $1250.44.  October/November was a busy month for us financially.  Our dryer crapped out, so we paid for a new washer/dryer out of the emergency fund (they were the same age, so I fully expect the washer would've crapped out soon too).  And there's a big fiasco surrounding that, and right now we have paid for 2 washers/dryers because Sears isn't giving us our money back.

And we decided to splurge and upgrade the December Disneyland trip to the Disneyland Hotel, so that's money out of the fund as well.  The current balance is sad ($2173.84), but it'll go up by $2k when we get the refund for the original washer/dryer.

We also took $1500 out of the e-fund for the business.  We had to pay the lawyer and we bought our first property, a piece of land at auction.  That means that the T Alaska Visa will be increasing again, and I'm talking to the CPA on how to create a loan to the business.

So that's that.  Not a stellar couple of months.  We should be seeing a check from the business, and hopefully we'll be selling the property before the end of the year.  That will hopefully lower things quite a bit and pay off the loan we're giving the business.
