December Progress

As discussed last month, we took on more debt with the purchase at the tax sale.  We have some work we need to get done on it and then we will be selling it.  Hopefully in 2Q of next year.  And hopefully at a profit.  It's bound to be a good learning experience either way.

December  Totals
We paid off $1500.12, but we took on $20,600 (min payment hit right after we did the transfer).  We should be able to put more money than the minimums in January. Because....

Our savings is at $6,285.62.  The kerfuffle over the washer/dryer has been resolved and we have our money back.  We might be able to make the $10k goal by end of December, depending on T's bonus.  I also need to start getting full paychecks.  Vacation or holidays have been dropping at least 2 days of each paycheck since mid-November.  Fun times, but not sad paychecks.

We're going to be talking about priorities for next year this month, for both personal and the business.  I think intention is going to be the big word of the year.  Maybe also persistence.
